A private workspace for Jonathon Gouge
JonAs Workspace connects Jonathon Gouge’s authorized Google account to his Hermes assistant for everyday business productivity. It supports approved work with Google Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and a dedicated JonAs Google Calendar.
This is a private internal integration, not a public insurance application or client portal. It does not offer public registration.
What the connection can access
File access is limited to files created through the integration or specifically authorized for it. Calendar access is limited to calendars created by the integration. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Contacts, or unrelated calendars.
Google data is used to carry out the account owner’s requests, such as preparing documents, updating a spreadsheet, or recording an approved appointment. Selected content may be processed by the configured AI service when the owner authorizes that use. Client-identifying information and health records are outside this workspace’s approved use.
